Available: All territory served.
Applicable: To lighting service sold for outdoor lighting supplied from the existing overhead distribution system and contracted for by a private customer. Existing mercury vapor fixtures will be replaced at the end of their useful life with corresponding high pressure sodium (HPS) fixtures. Swanton Village will be the sole judge as to the end of their useful life.

Terms: Bills are due when rendered. Customers agree to take continuous service under this schedule for a minimum period of one year or longer.
Late Payment Charge: There will be a 1% late payment charge assessed on all account balances over 30 days in arrears for all customers who have not otherwise made arrangements with Swanton Village.
Effective Date: Effective service rendered the first billing cycle in September, on or after September 1, 2003, bills rendered the first billing cycle in October, on or after October 1, 2003.
